Whether you’re attending a Lake Country DockHounds baseball game or an event taking place in the Baird Wealth Management Club Level at WBC Park, the delicious food offerings are created by the in-house catering works of Butter Than the Rest.

Chef’s Tommy Hulman and Roberto Alvarez provide WBC Park attendees with years of experience that shines through in the food offerings they create.

Butter Than The Rest Catering Menu

Stuffed Mushroom Caps

  • Filling choices black bean or pork sausage
  • Can be made vegetarian or vegan
  • Half pan feeds about 10-12 people
  • $30/ half pan

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  • Spinach and artichoke dip mixed with cream cheese and sour cream blended with garlic, parsley and shallot.
  • Served with pita or crackers.
  • Large Bowl (24 people, 4oz per individual serving): $55

Cheese & Charcuterie Board

  • 5 meats and 5 cheeses (locally sourced)
  • Served with beer mustard, jam, crostini’s, pickled items
  • One size only (old large) stays at $99

Meatballs

1.5 oz meatballs with homemade marinara, shaved parmesan, basil, parsley, olive oil

  • 5lbs of meatballs (50-53 meatballs), equals to about a full half pan
  • Can be bbq or marinara
  • Come standard as a 50/50 split of pork/beef (can be made all beef but price will vary

Whole Smoked Salmon Loin

  • Whole salmon loin smoked
  • Served with crostini’s, a mix of sauces and accoutrements
  • Market price

Taco and Nacho Bar

  • Corn and Flour tortillas
  • Rice and beans
  • Pork and chicken (ask us about our beef and vegan options)
  • Nacho Cheese Pumps
  • Corn tortilla chips
  • Churro Chips
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Salsa and Mojo Verde
  • Can do guacamole at an additional cost (market price)

Pasta Package

  • Side salad (with side of ranch and lemon vinaigrette)
  • Penne pasta
  • Red and White sauce
  • Garlic Bread sticks with Marinara
  • Grilled Chicken and Meatballs
  • Cannoli’s

Smokehouse Package

  • Smoked Pork, Sausage and Chicken (ask us about our brisket and vegetarian/vegan options)
  • Pasta salad and coleslaw
  • BBQ, golden BBQ, and white BBQ sauce
  • Baked Hawaiian rolls and baked beans
  • Peach Cobbler (ask about combining it with our Mullens ice Cream)

Tom’s Package

  • Mashed potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
  • Dinner rolls with butter
  • Seared Airline Chicken Breast and Pork loin with Gravy (ask us about our prime rib option)
  • Roasted asparagus with hollandaise and bacon
  • Chocolate Mousse (comes with whip cream, Oreos, and caramel pearls)
