Accessing Your Tickets From a Computer
Visit this link to login: MyProVenue™ (tickets.com) Fill out your email address and password. If this is your first time logging into your account please SIGN UP using the same email address. You will then see the home screen to your account. Choose: View All Ticket Inventory.
To see all your games within your ticket package, click on the arrow and select All.
If you want to see the games within each month select the month.
I have a 5-game pack purchased so I see all 5 games listed.
To see your actual ticket, click on the game and then click on the box that says your section, row, seat.
You will now see the barcode that we will scan at the ballpark for your entry. You can print this page or you will need to access your account on your phone (visit how to access your tickets via phone)
If you have additional seats you will click on Next Ticket to see the additional tickets for that game.
