Extending the rich, German tradition to Lake Country Fans 

Lake Country DockHounds are partnering with Wisconsin Brewing Company to bring Oktoberfest to Wisconsin Brewing Company Park. Oktoberfest will take place on Saturday, October 15th from 12:30pm-6pm with VIP early access at 11am. 

The event will be hosted by Lake Country Live, the event & entertainment division of the Lake Country DockHounds and will feature local breweries take on Bavarian & Oktoberfest beers. 

This outdoor, German inspired beer & food festival invites fans to put on their best “dirndl” and “lederhosen” while enjoying unlimited beer samplings of over 50+ beers. Featured during the event are food trucks with a variety of food options for purchase or select the VIP ticket which includes a brat bar with 4-5 different style brats, variety of toppings and sides. 

In addition to many beer options, fans can expect traditional competitions such as Sendik’s Sauerkraut Eating Contest, The Beer Stein Holding Challenge and The Best Dressed Contest. Live German music from the Goodtimes Dutchman and the Twang Dragons will keep the celebration going until the end of the event. Special guests appearances, from Skipper Dave, Louie the DockHounds mascot and the fan-favorite, Colt the BatDog, will keep you entertained. Plus, for our Badger fans, we’ll have the Badger/Michigan State game playing on the videoboard. 

Also featured will be local artists & designers for the Lake Country Originals Spotlight fair. These local talents will display arts and crafts that reflect a Lake Country vibe or a DockHounds inspired style. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the LC DockHounds Foundation. Ticket options will include a $65 VIP Ticket which includes 90 min. early admission, unlimited beer samplings with access to 6 additional, limited German/Bavarian & Specialty Drafts, brat bar from 12pm-2pm, a commemorative tasting glass & decal, plus seating up in the Baird Wealth Management Club Level which includes TVs to keep track of all the games on a Saturday afternoon. The $45 General Admission ticket includes unlimited beer samplings of 50+ brews and a commemorative tasting glass. A Designated Driver ticket option is also available.
