ACCESSING YOUR TICKETS FROM YOUR PHONE
Visit dockhounds.com
Click the arrow next to GET TICKETS and select BUY NOW
The next screen will show a filters screen, click the X in the upper right-hand corner.
You will then get the screen that shows events & packages.
Choose the 3 horizontal lines in the right-hand corner and choose MY TICKETS and HOME
You will now login to your account
The home screen will popup. Select View All Ticket Inventory
Choose the arrow next to MAY
Choose ALL to see all your tickets. You could also select by month to see the games within each month
I have purchased a 5 pack and I can now see all my games within my ticket package. Select a game to see your actual tickets.
Click on the box with your section, row, and seat.
You can now see the barcode in which we will scan for your entry into the game. If you have multiple seats, you will choose Next Ticket to get scanned. You can also add your tickets to your apple wallet.
